Inclusive Learning Specialist

We are Term Time Teachers, a Special Needs school based in Cranbrook, seeking an experienced Special Needs Teacher to join our team.
Job OverviewOur school promotes a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where young people with Special Needs can thrive. We place an emphasis on preparing learners for their lives after school and assisting them in identifying and achieving their aspirations.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the unique needs of students with various disabilities or learning challenges.
- Regularly monitor students' progress through observations, assessments and adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to ensure students with behavioural challenges remain focused and engaged in learning.
- Ensure the safeguarding and promotion of pupil welfare at all times.
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Essential Qualifications and Experience- Substantial knowledge and understanding of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and behavioural difficulties.
- Hold QTS
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS certificate or willing to apply
- Two professional references from previous employment
