About the Role:
We are seeking an Education Specialist to work alongside our teaching staff to provide academic support to students. As an Education Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that all students receive the necessary support to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Individualized Support: Work one-on-one with students to identify areas of improvement and develop personalized learning plans to help them succeed academically.
- Lead Inclusive Learning Initiatives: Develop and implement inclusive learning strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor Progress and Evaluate Effectiveness: Regularly monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of learning strategies to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain Effective Communication Channels: Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff to ensure seamless collaboration and a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic support or teaching
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
