Educational Assistant for SEN Pupils

We are seeking an experienced Educational Assistant to join our team, providing support to students with Special Educational Needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Class Teacher to deliver individualized support, promote student independence, and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN needs
- Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions and therapies
- Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN needs (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £85-£100 per day, dependent on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including term-time only hours and the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team.
