SEN Teaching Assistant in Kent

Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team in Cranbrook, Kent. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support children on a 1:1 or small group basis.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Support children with special educational needs in a small class setting
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other support staff to develop effective learning strategies
- Assist with personal care and daily living skills as needed
Requirements
">- Experience working with children with special educational needs (desirable)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Empathetic and able to build strong relationships with children and colleagues
- Hold an Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
Salary and Benefits
">The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £85-100 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer free CPD and support from a dedicated SEN consultant.
