Learning Support Staff Member

We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Education and Care Professional to fill a Special Needs Teaching Assistant role in a Cranbrook, Kent school. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs.
Contract Type: Day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and permanent positions available
You will be expected to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective lesson plans. A strong understanding of special educational needs and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Salary Range: £85-£100 per day (£425-£500 per week full-time)
