Role Description
">As a SEN teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in a small class setting. You will work closely with the class teacher to develop effective learning strategies and assist with personal care and daily living skills as needed.
">Key Skills and Qualifications
">- Experience working with children with special educational needs (desirable)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Empathetic and able to build strong relationships with children and colleagues
- Hold an Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
Working Arrangements
">This is a full-time role, working term-time only, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. The ability to travel is advantageous but not essential.
">Salary and Benefits
">The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £90 per day, plus benefits including free CPD and support from a dedicated SEN consultant.
