School Support Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant at one of our partner schools in Cranbrook, Kent.

About the Job:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide critical support to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • One-to-One Support: Offer individualized support to students in a school setting, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to develop and implement strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs.

Requirements:

To be successful as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need to have:

  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above
  • A patient, compassionate, and positive approach to supporting students with Special Educational Needs
