About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Educational Assistant to join our team, supporting students with Special Educational Needs in a vibrant and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with Class Teachers to develop and implement individualized support plans
  2. Deliver targeted interventions and therapies to enhance student learning and well-being
  3. Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  4. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £85-£100 per day, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including term-time only hours and opportunities for professional development.
