Job Title: Reception Support Specialist

Folkestone Girls Academy seeks a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Reception Support Specialist.

In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for visitors, students, and parents, providing a warm and welcoming environment, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the reception area, responding to queries and directing visitors accordingly;
  2. Provide administrative support to staff members, handling paperwork, and maintaining accurate records;
  3. Assist with coordinating events, meetings, and other activities;
  4. Promote positive relationships with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders;
  5. Support the academy's overall mission and values by being an active and engaged member of the team.
Work Arrangements:

This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset. The salary is approximately £21,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
