**Role Overview**
We are seeking a Childcare Caseworker to join our Reception Centre team at Kent County Council. As a Childcare Caseworker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to young people in a residential setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children, be innovative, and passionate about their work. You will be required to manage routines, set goals, and facilitate a learning culture in the centre. This role involves working across a rolling shift pattern, including regular cover over weekends.
