Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate teacher to join our collaborative team as a Primary Education Specialist. This role involves teaching students across various age groups, with a focus on improving literacy and numeracy outcomes. As a specialist in this area, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging programs using your expertise in the Western Australian Curriculum.
- Utilize quality teaching strategies such as goal setting, daily reviews/warm ups, explicit instruction, and feedback to cater to students' needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement differentiated curricula that meet the requirements of a multi-age group setting.
- Support current whole-school processes and participate in ongoing professional growth and development initiatives.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $78,397 - $113,568. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances and the level of experience.
