About the Role
We are seeking a qualified nurse to join our community nursing team as a team lead. This role involves working with patients registered with GP practices in the Hawkhurst area and surrounding villages within the Weald Primary Care Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of local and national agendas for health under the guidance of the senior practitioner.
The salary for this position is estimated at £42,000-£53,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional Working Pattern: Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm, with rotational weekends. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for work purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold a health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6. You should also have NMC registration and specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice. Essential skills include understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance, flexible and adaptable nature, and ability to prioritize care delivery in a professional manner.
