This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a Band 6 Nurse Team Leader in our Community Nursing team at Hawkhurst Community Hospital, Weald.

Main Job Duties
  1. Work on a 1:4 ratio, with weekends off during the week
  2. Be part of two teams supporting patients registered with GP practices in the Hawkhurst area and surrounding villages within the Weald Primary Care Network

Requirements

  • Registered health care professional (NMC registration)
  • Health related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6
  • Specialist qualifications relevant to area of practice

Benefits

Estimated salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
