Community Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Tamarack Cottage. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support.
Your responsibilities will include performing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and administering medications as needed. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
This is a Casual Opportunity, offering flexibility and variety in your schedule. As a casual employee, you will have the opportunity to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions, and may have the chance to advance to regular employment.
Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights, rotating from 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00 hours.
