The HART program at Interior Health is a pioneering initiative in rural mobile critical care. With a mission to deliver high-quality, specialized care to patients residing in remote areas, the team consists of skilled professionals including Critical Care Nurses and Registered Respiratory Therapists. The clinical scope encompasses adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients requiring advanced life support.

Collaborating with local clinicians, the HART team stabilizes patients and transports them to higher-level care facilities when necessary. When not on transport duties, these dedicated RNs provide supportive care at their base hospital.

This Casual Opportunity involves irregular hours, which may be scheduled at short notice. As a Casual employee, you are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent positions, offering various career paths within Interior Health.

Shifts will be rotating between days and nights, spanning 07:00 to 19:00, and 19:00 to 07:00 hours.

Compensation:

Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 - $115,000
