Term Time Teachers is currently looking for an ambitious SEN Teacher to join their team in Cranbrook. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special educational needs, including autism and learning disabilities.

Job Description:

This role involves tailoring lessons and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of students with various disabilities or learning challenges. Regular assessments of students' progress through observations, tests, and adjusting teaching strategies as needed are essential. Implementing strategies to support students with behavioural challenges and ensuring they remain focused and engaged in learning are key responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • QTS and a deep understanding of special educational needs
  • The Right to Work in the UK and an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
  • Two references within the last 2 years
Estimated Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
