Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver emotional support, guidance, and advice through face-to-face, telephone, and video interactions, promoting positive outcomes for clients.
  • Assess situations to determine risk and individual needs, making informed decisions under pressure while maintaining clear communication.
  • Accurately record new contacts and details of visits and calls using relevant electronic systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Work in alignment with performance targets and contractual requirements, providing timely data and case studies as requested.
  • Participate in individual risk assessments and reviews, developing appropriate action or safety plans to meet client needs, and collaborate with partners and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
