About the Role

We are seeking a Recovery and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work with individuals who are struggling with substance misuse issues to provide guidance and support in devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.

  • You will facilitate and promote individuals' progression from initial engagement, through structured treatment, to self-sustained recovery.
  • You will reduce substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in the substance misuse sector, experience in mental health support, or a relevant academic background such as Criminology, Psychology, Law or Sociology. You should also possess a strong portfolio of volunteering in a similar role and case management experience.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
