About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our team in Sheffield Urgent and Crisis Service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced crisis network, supporting individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and managerial leadership to the team, ensuring effective service delivery and high-quality care.
  • Support the team in triaging urgent/crisis mental health referrals, establishing appropriate responses, and providing time-limited interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with other disciplines and teams to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach that best meets clinical needs.

Person Specification

  • Registered Clinician (Nurse or Social Worker)
  • Experience of supervising staff, effective decision-making, and working in crisis settings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
