About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centered care and support to our residents. Your role will involve supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants, as well as supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews.

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, warm-hearted, and committed to providing individualized care and support. You'll have opportunities for ongoing training and career development, allowing you to progress into roles such as Care Practitioner or nursing positions within Cornerstone Healthcare Staffing LLC.

About You

To be successful in this position, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Our Senior Carer Assistants enjoy a competitive salary, estimated at around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
