Austin Fraser is recruiting a Senior Practitioner for Vulnerable Youth to join our team. In this role, you will provide life-changing support to vulnerable children and young people in Doncaster, playing a crucial part in their development and enabling them to make positive contributions to their families and society.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,151 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Practitioner for Vulnerable Youth, you will be responsible for:

  • Fostering positive relationships with children and staff
  • Implementing care plans and conducting risk assessments
  • Devise support and health plans to meet the needs of children and young people
  • Managing complex and challenging behaviour in an assertive, restorative, and sensitive manner

Requirements include a minimum NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care, the QFC Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services Level 5, and recent experience working with young people or vulnerable adults.
