About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales of our student accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to engage existing University of Hertfordshire students and promote our accommodation services.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the company and with the university client to achieve sales targets.
  • Design and produce promotional materials, both physical and digital, to showcase our services.
  • Maximize social media engagement and host events to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the CEO and contribute to the company's overall objectives.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

You will be an assertive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships with customers.

A post-A-level qualification or degree in marketing or a related business discipline is essential for this role.
