About the Role
This is a standalone marketing role, reporting directly to the CEO, where you will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and execution of marketing activities to ensure sales of accommodation, exceeding customer and client-focused targets within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns that engage existing University of Hertfordshire students to remain or return to campus residences.
- Drive sales using a wide range of typical marketing activities, including producing promotional materials, maximising social media engagement, and arranging and hosting events.
- Organise social events and have the confidence to speak and host where required.
About You
You will have experience working in a small or standalone in-house marketing function, either at manager level or as an experienced coordinator/marketing executive, and be able to demonstrate a track record of your activities directly contributing to the organisational objectives.
You will have a post-A-level qualification or degree in marketing or a similar business discipline.
