Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior National Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new partnerships with key clients within the Education sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Education sector.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the industry.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record working in sales and winning new business within the Education sector.
  • A strong network and relationships in the Education sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong people skills with ability to build rapport.
  • Able to travel and work away from home on a regular basis.
Additional Information

The ideal salary range for this role is £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
