Transaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their Fareham-based client on a permanent basis. As part of a dynamic payroll function, you will be responsible for managing multiple payrolls from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for payroll and demonstrable experience in a similar environment. Key responsibilities include processing starters and leavers, calculating holiday and national insurance, and maintaining up-to-date payroll legislation knowledge. Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a payroll capacity
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Calculating holiday and national insurance
  • Calculating SSP, SMP, and SPP
  • Pensions knowledge
  • Manual calculations experience
  • Query resolution
  • Up-to-date payroll legislation knowledge
