SalaryThe salary for this position is up to £39,900 per annum, reflecting the nurse's expertise and experience.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored care plans, and ensuring the safe administration of medication.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care & Safety: Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are upheld to the highest standards.
- Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments of new patients and create tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
- Daily Care Plan Updates: Regularly update care plans, ensuring they reflect the evolving needs of each patient.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer and accurately record medication as per patient care requirements.
