Student Voice and Surveys Coordinator

At Birkbeck University of London, we are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage our student survey systems and lead on data analysis and feedback initiatives. The successful candidate will have excellent data skills and the ability to craft effective surveys to support our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student survey systems and data analysis
  • Develop and implement effective surveys to support student feedback
  • Work with colleagues across the College to gather and analyse data
  • Translate findings into well-written and concise reports for different audiences

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills and ability to work with data analysis software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sensitivity to students from different backgrounds

What We Offer:

Grade 7 of the College's London Pay Scale, £42,348 rising to £48,424 per annum, plus a consolidated Weighting/Allowance for staff working in the London area.
