Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in survey management and project coordination within a complex organisation. The successful candidate will have expertise in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, using various communication channels to achieve clear strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will be effective in stakeholder management, able to network and influence across multiple departments within a large and complex organisation. Experience in Higher Education is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the promotion of internal and external student surveys, including the National Student Survey (NSS)
  • Develop an end-to-end survey strategy to ensure coherence and continuity across the feedback obtained
  • Support the dissemination of intelligence gathered through surveys, working effectively with colleagues across HEDS and the Office of the Vice Provost (Education & Student Experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience of survey management and project coordination within a complex organisation
  • Expertise in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and communications plans
  • Strong stakeholder management and networking skills

Benefits

  • An estimated salary range of £43,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
