We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Leadership Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our Strategic Customer Success team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Customer Success Managers to drive business growth and customer success.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with internal leaders to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer success. You will also analyze customer insights, product data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements
  • 8-10+ years experience in Customer Success.
  • 5+ years of field Customer Success leadership, with Strategic Customer Success Management Experience.
  • Experience using CRM, Pipeline Management, and Analytic tools.
