Special Needs School Nurse Leader

The Community Children's Nursing Team provides care for children aged 0-19 who require nursing care at home or in an educational setting. The successful candidate will be based predominantly at Stephen Hawking Special Needs school, working with pupils aged 5-11, but may need to rotate across other sites when necessary.
This term-time only position involves providing clinical leadership to the nursing team within Beatrice Tate and Stephen Hawking Special Needs Schools, ensuring delivery of high-quality individualized family-centered care to children and their families, in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities- To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the health care needs of children within special needs schools
