Job Description

The NHS is seeking an experienced and dedicated School Nurse to lead the clinical team at Stephen Hawking Special Needs School. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to children with special needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of individualized family-centered care to children and their families in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the healthcare needs of children within the school setting.

This position requires a skilled and confident nurse who can work effectively in an educational environment, leading and supervising junior members of staff, teaching assistants, and carers/family members.
