Job Description

The Special Education Needs Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support students with complex needs in a Secondary school setting. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced teacher who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Salary & Benefits

§ Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
