Lead Role: Special Needs Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Coordinator to lead our onsite Education team at HMP Five Wells. The successful candidate will oversee the identification and assessment of special educational needs, use data to inform program delivery, and provide training and support to staff.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the education team in identifying and assessing special educational needs
  • Use data to inform program delivery and make recommendations for improvements
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to delivery staff

The ideal candidate will have significant experience within learning difficulties and disabilities in adults, as well as a proven track record of implementing strategy and policy relating to learning difficulties and disabilities.

Salary Range
