About the Role:
The Wayman Learning Trust is seeking an experienced and dedicated SENDCo to lead the special educational needs provision in our OUTSTANDING primary school in Wandsworth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the development and implementation of effective SEN strategies and support plans for students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the SEN team, providing guidance, training, and professional development for staff in relation to SEN best practices.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with special educational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of SEN students, ensuring compliance with national and school standards.

Requirements:
• A qualified SENDCo with a National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it).
• Experience working with children with a wide range of special educational needs.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A clear DBS check.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
