Leading SEND Provision

We are seeking an exceptional Special Educational Needs Coordinator to join our thriving Primary school community in Brent.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications, of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), developing and implementing strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the SEND team to ensure effective deployment and training of support staff.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of support staff, ensuring that students receive tailored support to meet their unique needs.
