Product Control Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Product Control Specialist to join our production control team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing design changes for both current and future products, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with organizational goals. Reporting to the SCM Production Control Manager, you will work closely with design engineers and stakeholders to assess technical and operational feasibility, develop and implement processes to manage design change requests, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute design changes effectively.
About the Job
This is a full-time position that offers flexible working options. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, proven experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration, familiarity with SAP and PLM systems (desirable), strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
