Production Operative Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Washington, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.

- Assist with stock management and packing of products, ensuring efficient inventory control.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring high-quality results.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks, with the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
