MTrec Ltd Technical is a leading provider of technical solutions in the North East manufacturing sector. With a strong reputation for stability and growth, they are seeking a Product Safety Specialist to join their team.
The Role:
- To ensure products meet customer expectations while maintaining an effective and cost-efficient manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including Technical, Supply Chain Management, Operations, and Customers.
- Develop and implement key QA processes within the business.
- Educate staff on quality control responsibilities.
- Implement training programs for quality compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and reporting.
- Produce a monthly objective report for the Quality Manager.
- Audit and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The Person:
- Demonstrate excellent customer and supplier quality skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
