Job Overview
At CV-Library, we are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Washington, Tyne and Wear. This role involves identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety within manufacturing processes.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyse manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  2. Lead Lean projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  3. Collect, analyse, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and impact.
  4. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to implement solutions for process improvements.
  5. Support new equipment integration and ensure processes are optimised during commissioning.

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with manufacturing software.
