About the Role:

This Process Development Lead position involves leading the development of existing facilities, developing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Maintaining a safe working environment through adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Procuring production facilities and processes as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other relevant software tools
