Lean Engineering Project Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Lean Engineering Project Lead to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a subject matter expert in lean engineering, you will drive projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement lean strategies to improve manufacturing processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Analyse data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of leading successful lean projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
