Industrial Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Production Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum and involves working a 3-shift pattern in the United Kingdom.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform various manufacturing tasks in line with team, statutory, and company standards.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and reliable.
- Hold an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and a recognised level 3 qualification, such as NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds.
- Have experience of machining processes including balance, de-burr, broach, abrasive flow machining, and grind processes.
- Be willing to learn and adapt across different product types, processes, machines, and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, building relationships and training colleagues.
