Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Cenergist. This exciting opportunity involves driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering client relationships within the underfloor heating industry.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, securing new business, and delivering on sales targets.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing a pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into revenue streams, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services. You will also network extensively, perform market analysis, and represent us at industry events.
A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus £3,000 car allowance and commission paid, makes this an attractive opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual. In addition, you will enjoy 25 days' annual leave, company pension, cycle to work scheme, life insurance, and wellness programme.
