Job Overview

This role is part of the production control team within the growing manufacturing sector, reporting to the SCM Production Control Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing design changes for both current and future products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes to manage design change requests, including documentation, impact evaluation, and approval coordination.
  • Collaborate with design engineers and stakeholders to assess technical and operational feasibility.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute design changes effectively.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress to ensure product quality and delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management.
  • Proven experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with SAP and PLM systems (desirable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
