About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to join Coram's Conference & Visitor Services Team, working as Front of House and assisting the conference team.


You will be working on a busy Reception and have a passion for providing excellent customer service by giving a positive first-impression to every visitor to the Coram campus.


As a Conference and Reception Administrator, you will have the ability to multi-task as this role requires you to assist the Conference team in all aspects of the meeting process, from booking, billing, and servicing meetings.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised individual with strong administration skills and some reception and hospitality experience preferred.


The ideal candidate will have a flexible can-do approach and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications


We are looking for an individual with strong administration skills, including experience in reception and hospitality.


Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but we are happy to consider candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.


A flexible can-do approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential requirements for this role.

This role is based at our Coram Campus in London, where you will be working as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service to our visitors.

Salary


The salary for this role is £24,000 per annum, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting our mission and delivering exceptional service to our visitors.
