London Area, United Kingdom Harmonic Operations™ | Certified B Corp Full time

Company Overview

Harmonic Operations is a fast-growing sports foundation based in London, dedicated to making football accessible to less advantaged families and players. We have come a long way since our humble beginnings, starting with just an idea from our CEO when coaching grassroots teams. Today, we run over 60 sessions across London, engaging around 6,000 young kids every week.

We help young people develop essential life skills, improve their mental and physical health, and connect them through a community that values inclusivity and equality. Our mission is to make a real impact and change communities in London through the love of football.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000

  • Establish KPIs for partnerships, track progress, and create reports on partnership outcomes.
  • Ensure partners are recognized and informed of the impact of their support through regular updates, storytelling, and case studies.
