Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Desk Operations Coordinator to join our team at YourRecruit. As a Service Desk Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing service requests, scheduling maintenance visits, and coordinating with engineers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately log and track client service requests, ensuring timely responses and swift resolution of any issues.
  • Schedule maintenance visits and remedial works for the engineering team, optimising resources and minimising disruption to clients.
  • Prepare and manage Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) documents for all projects, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Raise purchase orders for necessary parts and services, ensuring smooth support for service delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage engineers' diaries, optimising calls and visits to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding service updates, scheduling changes, and issue resolutions.
