About This Role

We're looking for an experienced General Administrator to join our team at RGB Network. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to our engineers and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Main Duties
  1. Provide effective communication and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders to meet client requirements.
  2. Organise and update data, including electronic planners, to support business efficiency.
  3. Liaise with the Service Manager to manage engineer schedules and activities.
  4. Process engineering and subcontractor paperwork, as well as maintaining accurate records.
