Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Contract Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of services, acting as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Quote Preparation: Review client requirements and specifications to prepare accurate service quotes.
- Securing Service Orders: Communicate with clients to negotiate and finalize service agreements.
- Delivering Services: Schedule service appointments considering client preferences/technician availability/work permits and offshore certification.
- Monitor service delivery progress, address any issues or delays, and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests, updates, and issues.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources such as staff, equipment, and materials to support service delivery.
- Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients based on completed services and agreed-upon terms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or service coordination role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of service management software or tools.
- Experience in a similar industry or field.
