We are assisting a well-known business in their search for a Service Coordinator to join their Norwich team on a temporary 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling service bookings from liaising with customers, to sending documentation and updating the in-house system.

This is a full time, temporary (6 months) position with the potential to go permanent. The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, in their Norwich office. The offered salary for this is £12.60 per hour.

The company is a trusted utility service with over 30 years of experience. They aim to continuously build on their working relationship with all stakeholders to enhance the quality of their service.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Service Coordinator will include:

  • Liaising with flagged customers with regard to servicing and arranging bookings.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments via telephone.
  • Ensuring the in-house system is updated with accurate information regarding customers and bookings.
  • Sending confirmation information via text or post.
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer service experience with a confident telephone manner.
  • Highly organised and the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
